Beacon Health (YC W26) is building AI agents for primary care - starting with value-based care. Primary care is the primary source of care for 200M Americans but physicians don’t have the bandwidth to manage their patient panels - preventative screenings, prior authorizations, referrals, and risk adjustment, all important work that steals time from patients. Our Al agents handle workflows for them directly in their EHR. We own them from end to end - putting their value based care on autopilot. We’re on a mission is to bring joy back to primary care.
